We are currently recruiting for a Regional Business Development Manager – Acessories & Components on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will ideally be based in Perth, Australia but we will consider applications from candidates in any major Asia Pacific hub.
The Regional Business Development Manager Accessories and Components is responsible for the discovery of sales opportunities and developing the sales strategy for the region and reports to the Business Development Director.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assisting in proposal development and pricing
Communicate and present the complete A&C range of capabilities, repair solutions for turbine accessories, components and fuel systems used in industrial and marine power generation, and oil and gas customers
Manage the development of Accessories & Components business from a Sales & Marketing standpoint, maximizing coverage and opportunities within the region
Develop and maintain long term relationship with key client personnel
Maintain regular customer contact via phone, e-mail, etc. as well as personal contact.
Entertain customers, utilizing good judgment in spending Ethos Energy Group funds.
Submit timely expense reports, per Ethos Energy Group procedures.
Report periodically on general and specific market climate, including competitive analysis.
Attend and support trade shows as required.
Additional duties and reporting as assigned.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Strong technical/mechanical understanding of aero-derivative gas turbines and heavy industrial gas turbines
Experience in all aspects of the sales process prospecting, strategy development, quoting, negotiating and closing an opportunity
Minimum of 5 years experience in a gas turbine related industry/position
Knowledge of fuel/air/oil systems and related components an advantage
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software and CRM software
Strong organisational skills, self-motivation and creativity
This position requires extensive travel mostly within the Asia Pacific Region however there may also be travel to other regions required.
