Completions Coordinator General Job Description

The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia’s largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
This position will work within with the commissioning execution teams and design teams to assure commissioning scope of work is delivered to the correct quality, and as per schedule. In depth operating and technical experience is required of LNG facilities Operation.

For the facilities assigned to the role, accountable to the Completions and Start Up Area Team leader to verify compliance with Company governance over the pre-Commissioning and then further execution of commissioning and start-up of the facilities. This with a view to achieve timely Technical Completion and Hand Over to the future Asset Holder, and subsequent delivery of stable Operations.

During the commissioning Execution phase, up to the Handover of facilities, Rotational to BWI 14/14, specific to the facilities assigned to the role:

o Drive delivery of the commissioning scope including physical completion, documentation adhering to company procedures and governance in alignment with the commissioning schedule.

o Assist in development of Company strategies, plans and schedules to ensure readiness for the execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, as well as Start Up and initial Operations.

o Assure compliance to Management of Change processes for all identified Non Conformances to Company Governance.

o Assure compliance to the Commissioning HES plan, in particular to management of Simultaneous Operations-; safeguards-; overrides-, and Log Out / Tag Out procedure application

o Assume leadership in the development and implementation of Incident and Injury Free program for the Commissioning phase of the project

o Assure timely progress reporting and pro-active initiation of recovery measures where progress is behind plan

o Lead the identification of potential Commissioning risks and the implementation of mitigation plans

o Assure compliance to Management of Change process for management of all Non Conformance and required changes.

o Manage the Handover of the LNG facilities to the Future Asset Holder under direction of Completions Area Team lead

Post Hand Over, during start Up and initial operations of facilities, Rotational to BWI, specific to the facilities assigned to the role:

o Ensure timely completion of the Start Up Procedures for facilities assigned to the role

o Manage the start up procedure execution within the overall start up frame work and schedule, with seconded Operations personnel

o Deliver facilities in steady state of operations at completion of the initial operations phase

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Commissioning Oversight Work experience within a Large project team with Multiple execution locations in different time zones

• Work environment of Multiple EPC contractors and subcontractors for combining Upstream and Downstream project scopes

• Successful alignment of plans across multiple teams

• Influencing various teams and management without having the necessary authority.

Education : Bachelor Engineering or trade equivalent

Experience : 10-15 years Hydrocarbon Process facility Commissioning
